MaeMax Market
It all started with the little white bun we call “Siopao”. Malo was pregnant with Mae-mae(Maefel) when she had to quit her job and had to figure out a way to make some money while she was out of work. Most of our friends and friend of friends found out that she can cook amazing Filipino dishes and from it, it just grew! From delivering Filipino treats to catering weddings and large events, we just love seeing happy super busog clients and guests. Now, we currently have a little nook in LaVergne, bringing Filipino taste and products to Middle Tennessee.
Bringing authentic Filipino food and products to our fellow kababayans and food lovers have given us Joy and Blessings. Seeing new faces every day and hearing their stories on how they missed their Lola’s(grandma) cooking or stories about how our food brings back memories of our homeland. It is a privilage for us to serve and to see the emotions first-hand. Seeing that smile on Y’all face keeps our hearts warm which we will treasure for the rest of this journey.
Maraming Salamat Po,
The Goyenechea Family.
Fun tip: MaeMax is a combination of our children’s names. Mae came from our eldest, Maefel and Max came from our youngest, Maximus

What People are Saying
“Authentic Filipino food!!! We loved everything we ordered, adobo, pancit, bistek, tinola, lumpia and kiwaling lechon. And, for dessert we had halo-halo which was delicious! Service was excellent! Chris and Malo are super sweet and very accommodating. We hope that this place thrives and perhaps expand. I highly recommend MaeMax!! Believe me, you won’t regret it! We will be back for sure!”
